Which parts of Melbourne do you service?
Dream Events primarily styles events across Melbourne's west, including Point Cook, Tarneit, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Truganina, Williams Landing, Wyndham Vale, Melton, Caroline Springs, Deer Park, Sunshine, Altona and Williamstown. Ask us to confirm availability for nearby suburbs.
How far ahead should I book event decor?
Two to four weeks is a useful minimum for many events, but popular weekends and custom colours can book earlier. Contact us as soon as your date and venue are known.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Send the event date, suburb, occasion, venue or room photographs, preferred colours, inspiration images and the pieces you need. A budget range helps us recommend a practical scale quickly.
Can you match an invitation, colour palette or theme?
Yes. We use your invitation, mood board or references to create a coordinated interpretation using available balloon colours and decor pieces suited to the venue.
Do you deliver and install the decor?
Yes. Setup is included in our styled packages. Delivery and next-day collection cost extra, based on your suburb and venue access. We confirm the full price before you book.
Can balloon decor be installed outdoors?
Some outdoor installations are possible, but heat, wind, rain, direct sunlight and safe anchoring affect the design. Share photographs of the location so we can assess it before confirming.
How much does event styling cost?
Styled packages start at $350, $400 and $450 AUD and every one includes on-site setup. Delivery and next-day collection are quoted for your suburb and shown as their own line before you book.
Can I hire only backdrops or plinths?
Ask us about hiring individual items. Availability and pricing depend on the pieces required, delivery distance, installation needs and collection timing.
Do you provide custom signs or specialty pieces?
Tell us what the theme requires. Custom signage and specialty pieces can be discussed and itemised in the quote when suitable options are available.
How do I reserve my event date?
Submit an enquiry with your date and event details. We will confirm availability, recommend the setup, provide the quote and explain the booking requirements before anything is confirmed.
